Purpose and Vision.

Auxilium, Latin for “help”, is the foundation of this 501(c3) public charity. Started by David and Tracy Lesue, The Auxilium Group provides copay assistance, insurance counseling, and coming soon professional counseling for those people on Medicare. These services are designed to help patients navigate the often complex and confusing world of health insurance and medical care, and to provide emotional and practical support throughout the treatment process.

Started after a MRI was scheduled for Tracy and the copay, even with insurance was $3,000. At that moment, they wanted to help and provide change to the current system. Since running for political office was not an option, a charity was the next logical step. Hence, The Auxilium Group was formed.

Copay Assistance

Our copay assistance program offered helps patients manage the cost of their medical care by providing financial assistance to cover copays and other out-of-pocket expenses. This can be particularly helpful for patients with chronic conditions who require ongoing treatment or expensive medications.

Insurance Counseling

Insurance counseling services help individuals understand their insurance coverage, navigate the claims process, appeal denials or reductions in coverage. This can be particularly valuable for individuals who are trying to navigate the complex world of Medicare. Part A, B, D, C and Medicare Supplements can be confusing and sometimes overwhelming.

Support Groups

Support groups and other resources to help patients and their families cope with the emotional and practical challenges of managing a medical condition, death of a loved one, or just the daily stress of life. These support groups may be led by trained professionals or may be peer-led, and can provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals to connect with others who are going through similar experiences. Overall, these services can be a valuable source of support and assistance.
