Hailey Lesué is currently working in the non profit space as a Manager of Operations at the Institute for Humane Studies (IHS). At IHS, she works on the funding programs giving out grants to students and faculty at universities around the world who are advancing the ideas of liberty. She owns the operations processes for the suite of programs which includes email communication, payments, timeline and budget management, process ownership and more. She just hit her 4 year mark at IHS, and is excited to join the efforts of the Auxilium Group. In her free time, she loves to attend live music with her husband Tyler. She is also an aerialist who just started performing this year, and she is obsessed with her dog Rigby.
