Gina Swapp is an experienced Technical Writer and Graphic Artist with a commitment to excellence. She has been a licensed life insurance agent for seven years and is licensed in three states for Medicare Health Insurance. (Missouri, Utah, and Illinois).

Born in Sandy, Utah the fourth of nine children, Gina learned the value of hard work at a young age while growing up on a small farm.  

She began secondary studies in graphics at Salt Lake Community College (SLCC) where she earned an Associate of Science degree in Graphics and Printing. She then studied at Brigham Young University, University of Utah, and the University of Phoenix where she completed a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.

She published a website for SLCC bookstore, one of the first college bookstore sites to go live with an offering of textbooks online. Gina went on to become an editor and graphic artist for Chapelle Ltd. books. Work experience includes Technical Writing for large software developers and for the Veterans Administration Healthcare database with SAIC. As a Technical Writer for Radian for more than six years, Gina created, designed, and illustrated numerous internal procedural documentations for business units across the company.
